A pre-order means the item is currently on its way to our Melbourne warehouse but hasn’t arrived just yet.
You can still place your order as normal, and we’ll ship it out as soon as the stock lands - usually on or close to the date listed on the product page.

- Orders processed Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays.
- No dispatch on weekends or public holidays.
- In-stock items typically ship the next business day.
- No warehouse pickups available.
Allow extra processing time during peak periods like Christmas.

- Please double-check your address - we can't reroute orders once placed.

- These fees are set by NZ Customs - we don’t charge or control them
We can’t refund orders delayed or returned due to unpaid customs charges.

- If we have stock in another region, some items may ship separately with their own tracking
