To figure out what might be going wrong with your shower, we’ll need to see exactly how you’re using it. Please follow these steps when filming your video — it helps us troubleshoot properly:

• Make sure the shower tank is ¾ full of water
• Pump 7 to 9 times to build up pressure
• Turn the dial to the IIII symbol (4 lines — gives the strongest spray)
• While it’s running, do 3–5 top-up pumps every 15–20 seconds to keep the water flowing
